COLLEGE Magazine and Website Launched



April 30, 2005 -- Tripp Wulbern 25, and Michael Malyerck 23, both natives of Columbia, S.C., announced the launching of College Magazine, a new magazine and website focusing on college life.

College Magazine will begin its monthly publication January 2006. The Internet version of the magazine can be found at Collegemagazineonline.com. College Magazine and Collegemagazineonline.com will cover college life in a realistic and sometimes raw fashion.

During a test trial run on December 1, 2004 the website received over 18,000 page impressions in a two hour period.

"We are not going to be the New Yorker, or Newsweek. We are going to take a lighthearted and sometimes irreverent look at what happens on college campuses across the country," said Wulbern.

"We have been there and understand what students really care about and what they want to know," said Wulbern. "Our goal is simpleto entertain and inform students."

College Magazine is owned and operated by Wulbern and Malyerck Publishing.
