Lab Animal Has Been Redesigned and Is Better Than Ever
April 30, 2005 -- Lab Animal relaunched April 1, 2005 with new features including an improved easy-to-read layout, 'Product Profiles', book reviews and profiles of researchers in the animal research arena.
Lab Animal, is distributed internationally, and is a peer-reviewed journal publishing timely and informative editorial material emphasizing proper management and care. Lab Animal reaches over 10,000* professionals in both the academic world and applied research industries.
"The primary reason that we have redesigned Lab Animal is to ensure that we are presenting our high quality content to our readers in the best way possible." said Tanja Schub, Editor of Lab Animal. Aside from the new and improved look, Lab Animal made a few to changes to the content to introduce new sections. "In this Issue" replaced the editorial page to provide a quick overview of key articles in each issue. It also highlights the page numbers, making it easy for readers to go directly to the articles that they find most relevant and interesting. The "Supply Lines" section will be replaced, in a forthcoming issue, with "Product Profile" which will be an advertorial section that offers a forum for manufacturers to introduce new products and services to the laboratory animal science community.
Lab Animal still includes; "Regulation Watch", "Protocol Review", "What's your diagnosis" and "Newsfronts" which are all expertly-written to provide timely and practical information.
Lab Animal magazine has been published since 1971 and is the most widely read laboratory research journal**.
Lab Animal is a global company, with it's headquarters in New York. For further information, contact Tanja Schub at 212.726.9332.
