Morgan James Publishing, LLC is developing, promoting, marketing and planning an ongoing project Code Named "Habitat for Humanity Lifetime Building Partner." Such a partnership program has never been done before.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization founded on Judeo-Christian principles, and is dedicated to the exercise of faith in action by building and selling safe, decent, affordable houses and communities in partnership with low-income families.

Morgan James Publishing's founder, David L. Hancock, recognizes that Millions of Americans face a housing crisis. In fact, 5.1 million American families have "worst-case" housing needs, forced to pay more than half their income for housing, endure overcrowded conditions and/or live in houses with severe physical deficiencies. While the number of families in poverty is growing, the number of affordable rental units is shrinking, and most families who qualify for government housing assistance aren't receiving any aid.

Habitat for Humanity is changing lives. Working in partnership with low-income families to build decent homes they can afford to buy, Habitat helps to break the cycle of poverty and hopelessness. By the end of 2005, more than 1 million people worldwide will live in decent, affordable Habitat for Humanity houses.

1. Financial support - Morgan James Publishing is donating a percentage of all book sales on a monthly basis from our Global (US/UK) efforts under the Habitat for Humanity Building Partner Program for the life of each book.

2. Public awareness - Morgan James Publishing is raising awareness by promoting Habitat for Humanity with every book we release, both inside and outside (with authors consent of course). Creating press opportunities to promote Habitat for Humanity and prominently on our Morgan James Publishing, LLC website(s), literature, radio spots, seminars, etc.

3. Mobilizing volunteers - Morgan James Publishing rolls up our sleeves and does whatever it takes to encourage and mobilize globally volunteers with an emphasis on Habitat for Humanity, including getting our own hands dirty!
