"Today's financial professional needs to go beyond simply discovering financial needs and goals to learning how clients feels about their money and their future, and more importantly, to learning about the deep concerns that can derail any plan," according to Paul B. Calendrillo author of "The Unrivaled Professional: A Financial Advisors Guide to Unparalleled Performance" newly published by Chandler Court Publishing.
Written primarily for financial advisors committed to a financial planning approach to selling, this nuts & bolts book details a systematic program to elevate client receptivity and enhance professionalism. Based on the author's 27-years of financial industry expertise, this essential reference contains a complete sales training course covering every detail of the optimum financial sales process. It's an essential resource for new advisors, or those who have reached a sales plateau at any level.
"Most financial institutions in the United States do a great job of training their advisors in the details of each product they offer. However, there is a gap in training advisors on how to communicate with their clients," said Calendrillo. "I believe that today's financial professional needs to go beyond simply discovering financial needs and goals to learning how clients feels about their money and their future, and more importantly, to learning about the deep concerns that can derail any plan."
He added: "The most productive financial advisors can weather any economic storm because they are motivated by a genuine concern for the people they serve, and not just the commission check."
The Unrivaled Professional analyzes every detail of the sales process, and offers hundreds of phrases and strategies that financial professionals can implement immediately. The selling and decision making models used in the book are based Paul Calendrillo's successes working with thousands of producers in all production levels from $1.5 million to $100,000.
