Humorist Hildee Weiss Is Honored In Americas Funniest Humor Contest

Author Hildee Weiss received an Honorable Mention in HumorPress.com s America s Funniest Humor Contest for August/September 2005, earning publication online and in print. Weiss entry, But You Didn't Tell Me It Wasn't Okay, provides an entertaining read about a young boy who comes across as a combination of Dennis the Menace and Curious George. Weiss confides to her fellow humorists and readers that her son often gets himself out of trouble by using a simple line of defense: "But You Didn't Tell Me It Wasn't Okay."

But You Didn't Tell Me It Wasn't Okay will be featured in HumorPress.com s online Humor Showcase until the close of the October/November 2005 contest. It will also appear in a print edition of America s Funniest Humor scheduled for publication in late fall. HumorPress.com is an online contest and publishing site open to all
writers and those with humorous real-life experiences. The award-winning article is an excerpt from Weiss' soon-to-be published book, "You Don't Have To Be Supermom To Be A Super Mom (Observations Of A Harried Mother Of Five)." The book is a trade paperback published by CPN Publishers and is slated for publication in January 2006.
