February 10, 2005 -- Muscle car restoration shop E-Muscle, LLC and race car driver Rodney Bitgood have teamed up to complete a 1969 Camaro Drag Car. This is a new project for Connecticut
born race car driver Bitgood, that is replacing his former race car, a 1972 Chevy Nova. This car will be running in the 10.5" tire class, "The hottest racing class out there right now!"
says Brian Chaffee, owner of E-Muscle LLC.
"We will be completing all the body work, paint, and stripes to perfection, for this high profile vehicle, all within 30 days", says Chaffee. He believes this project will help expand
E-Muscle's local profile, and promote acknowledgment with the racing segment of the muscle car industry. Bitgood, owner of Cromwell Automotive, has been racing cars for many years and is
well known in the New England drag racing circuit. The combination of forces from these two well known industry specialists is bound to spark some major interest from racing and muscle
car enthusiasts alike.
The car's local debut will be on May 14th, 2005, at the E-Muscle official grand opening and muscle car expo. The high performance vehicle will be showcased at New England racing events,
car shows, and cruise nights by Cromwell Automotive Racing, Scrivener Performance, and the E-Muscle teams. Visit www.EverythingMuscle.com for more information.
