"TruDR nx was created to simplify and enhance veterinarians' work styles," said Mark Skeels, DVM, DABVP, chief medical officer of Sound Technologies. "With TruDR nx we are able to deliver the most advanced image processing technology available offering the best latitude, detail, noise reduction and repeatable image quality of any digital radiography system on the market."
TruDR nx offers the following features:
* Open Link - Open link architecture increases imaging speed and repeatability
* Auto-calibration - automatically calibrates itself resulting in the highest image quality and repeatability
* Auto-crop - every image is cropped so the viewer can focus on the region of interest and eliminate any distracting white borders
* Auto LUTs - even if the technique is off, the image won't be with this feature's repeatable, diagnostic excellence. Retakes are a thing of the past.
* SoundVu2 - removes noise to reveal the true image and also uses the most advanced multi-frequency domain tuning giving TruDR nx radiographs unmatched detail
In addition to several key product benefits, Sound has teamed up with Dell to provide a custom OEM acquisition platform backed by Dell's OEM field support organization - noted as one of the strongest in the industry. By working with Dell's OEM Industry Group, Sound can offer customers on-site technical support and assistance under a four-hour window - an unprecedented service from a digital radiography provider.
"The image quality and workflow advancements in TruDR nx are enormous, but it's not just one feature that sets us apart in the industry," said Steve Eyl, president of Sound Technologies. "It's all the support pieces and technological advancements coming together that enables veterinarians to invest in a system they can depend on for diagnostic excellence and revenue potential."
