April 30, 2005 -- With the moving season quickly approaching, ApartmenTime.com America's newest online apartment listing service is opening its HUD Channel to all residential communities that offer Low Income housing, free of charge!

Charles E. Bickert, President of International Advertising Media Group says, "One of our goals at ApartmenTime.com is to create a place where people can come and find residential communities they can afford. We want to make sure ApartmenTime.com provides that low-income resource for them".

For the entire month of May, residential communities that take advantage of this offer will be able to post a community listing, photograph of the community, floor plans as well as rental requirements and waiting list information.

For an additional fee the community can offer those on the waiting list a user name and password that can be used to get their individual status on the waiting list.

We feel making this information available will save the prospective tenant, as well as the residential community's staff, time and, ultimately, money.

This offer is open to all federal and local agencies as well.

Once the promotion ends those who wish to list in the HUD Channel will be required to purchase a listing in the Apartments For Rent Channel as well as pay an additional $75.00 to cross channel their listing. Communities that list now will save over $1300.00.

Apartmentime.com is offering additional discount programs in each of its channels during the month of May. It's Senior and College Housing channels are discounted by 50% for the month of May, and the Apartments for Rent Channel is offering free rotating skyscraper advertisements to everyone that lists.
