Bellevue Staten is a 36-unit condominium building located on the shore of Lake Merritt in Oakland. This fifteen-story building was added to the National Register of Historic places in 1991 and received a historic preservation award in 1999 from the Art Deco Society of California. Cityplace Lofts is a 51-unit attached condominium association in Pomona. Lighthouse Cove is a 46-unit Single Family Home association in Alameda. Shadow Lakes is a 780-unit Single Family Home association in Brentwood. This beautiful community contains a golf course and a number of city parks.
