The Parade of Homes is being produced by the professionals at the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire (HBRANH). Visitors can tour one or all the homes during this special event to see the newest floor plans, the latest features in products, decorating and new-home technology!

Dates of the tour are October 11th - 13th and 18th - 19th. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This special Parade of Homes is opened in the following towns; Nashua, Manchester, Concord, Rochester, Litchfield, Meredith, Plymouth, Tuftonborough, Epping and Loudon.

Some of the features you will see in the various homes on tour include: the latest in home automation, entertainment and security, energy efficient furnaces, windows and insulation. Granite countertops, reclaimed oak flooring, insulated concrete form (ICF) foundation, Icynene spray foam insulation, steam rooms, exercise rooms, wine cellars and geothermal heat pumps. The prices of the homes range from $199,000 to $3,995,000. One home in Plymouth has been awarded the 1st Build Green NH "Gold" award for green construction, through the NAHB's National Green Building Certification Program.

This year's charity donations for the Parade of Homes will go to "Granite State Independent Living". Corporate sponsors include Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Accent Home & Garden Magazine, Pella, Baron's Appliances and New Hampshire Home Magazine.
