Developer Sales Group, LLC an interactive sales and marketing organization targeting the real estate industry has opened their base of operations in the up and coming area of midtown.
The innovative boutique brokerage firm is focused on providing the developer marketplace with leads and in turn driving traffic in order to facilitate sales. DSG procures a much needed link to the outside brokerage community by bridging the gap between developer and client, allowing for those to take advantage of first level preferred pricing situations and assists the developer in a sell out.
This is accomplished by DSG's capability to administer aggressive and cutting edge marketing tactics. Through prospecting, email blasts, and personal presentations DSG is able to touch every agent in their database and beyond to create a buzz on a project in order to commence momentum.
The company is headed by partners Michael Internoscia and Greg Altshuler. Michael Internoscia the broker for Developer Sales Group, has a demonstrated track record of leading "sell outs". Mr. Internoscia specializes in new market penetration, launching of new projects, prospecting & realtor development.His prior successes have included a record sell out at Axis at Brickell Village where he and his sales team sold out 718 units in a five month period. Michael holds a B.S. degree from Florida International University.
Greg Altshuler is a principal of Colonnade Group, LLC, real estate Development Company with offices in New York and Miami. Since its inception in April 2000, it has been responsible for the development of various high rise residential buildings of over 1200 units and exceeding $520 million dollars in value. Previously Greg served as a director of development and Vice President of acquisition of office and industrial properties with a value in excess of $180 million. Greg holds a Masters from Harvard University.
Since DSG's inception in March this young emerging brokerage's dynamic and progressive approach to marketing has lead to signed contracts in excess of $250 million dollars. The firm is currently assisting in the sales for five projects located in markets through out the United States. Projections for the future are estimated to reach the $400 million dollar mark in record time.
