Inspection Valuation International Inc. Announces New Marketing Director



Inspection Valuation International, Inc. announced that Meredith Berman Lovejoy has been appointed Marketing Director and a member of the IVI management team.

Since 1973, Inspection & Valuation International, Inc. has provided a wide spectrum of construction consulting and project management control services on behalf of institutional mortgagees and equity investors, sureties, corporate real estate departments, attorneys, and governmental agencies worldwide. Headquartered in White Plains, NY, IVI has over 150 architects, engineers, and project managers in offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington DC, and Las Vegas, as well as overseas.

Ms. Lovejoy has over 10 years of professional services marketing experience. Prior to joining IVI, she served as Associate Partner and Director of Business Development for Gruzen Samton LLP, a 140-person architectural, planning and interior design firm headquartered in NYC, where she designed and implemented marketing and public relations strategies, supervised staff, and advised the partnership on business development and planning.

In addition, Ms. Lovejoy has served the board of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS-NY) in a succession of progressively responsible positions between 1997 and 2005, including President of the Board (2004-2005). SMPS is an association dedicated to providing education, information, and research for marketing professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. She is currently serving as Immediate Past President.
