Pinnacle Financial Services, a mortgage, lot loan and construction loan broker, recently added Ms. Lori Berry and Mr. Mark Branan to their team. These additions are part of a strategic initiative to expand the service capabilities of Pinnacle.

Ms. Berry brings more than 20 years of mortgage experience to Pinnacle having spent the majority of her career working with mortgage lenders and private mortgage insurance companies. Her expertise includes processing, originating and underwriting mortgage loans. During her career, Ms. Berry conducted quality control reviews on closed conventional loans. As a loan officer, Ms. Berry focuses on timely execution of loan processing as well as office management responsibilities for Pinnacle.

Mr. Branan has been active in real estate as an investor and business owner for many years. In his career, Mr. Branan successfully purchased and sold numerous residential properties that were remodeled for resale or held as rental investments. He earned an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing. Mr. Branan also holds a degree in Accounting from Samford University. At Pinnacle, he is responsible for evaluating and recommending loan solutions that best match client needs and preferences whether for first time home buyers or those seeking second homes for vacation, retirement or recreation purposes.
