Celebrity CEO or Royalty From a Penthouse Castle to the Fantasy of...

Known as 'sHollywood'ss Connection to Vegas's, Realtor Aaron Auxier recently launched his 'sDo you prefer to live like a Celebrity, CEO, or Royalty's campaign. A campaign that involves three secluded Las Vegas penthouse condos (http://www.vegascondoscene.com) as well as the chance to party it up in the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa at the Palms Fantasy Tower.



His plan is getting attention; Auxier has been contacted by the press about the inspiration behind his new campaign. Over the next two weeks, he is shooting both the local evening news and a global economic documentary inside these units (which total over $30 million). He credits the fact that Vegas is one of the most exciting and important cities in the world.

In 2007, Auxier received national media exposure when he set the top-three price-per-foot records in the history of Las Vegas by selling multiple penthouses at the (now canceled) The Harmon Residences at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter.



Losing The Harmon Residences was a shame, however, it put even more emphasis on a couple of other buildings, he explains. High-profile clients have very limited options for truly unique properties. And the penthouses at Palms Place, Sky Las Vegas, and One Queensridge Place are on that small list.



Let'ss see, there is the top-floor penthouse at Palms Place, the three-story Sky Suite at Sky Las Vegas, and the big daddy - the over 16,000 sq. ft. multi-level Crown at One Queensridge Place, he says.



Each standing as a showpiece, the top-floor penthouse at Palms Place is loved by celebrity types, the Sky Suite seems to attract CEOs, and the Crown at One Queensridge Place (http://www.vegascondoscene.com/one-queensridge-place/) is fit for royalty.



While Auxier wouldn'st comment on the price of the Palms Place penthouse (interested parties need to contact him), he did share that the Sky Suite is priced significantly lower than pre-construction penthouses. The approx. 5,184 sq. ft. unit is listed with Aaron Auxier and Shapiro 's38; Sher Group at $3,999,999 (or approx. $772 a square foot). As of late February 2009, pre-construction penthouses on the Strip are asking upwards of $2,000 a square foot, and that is for a grey-shell unit.



The Crown at One Queensridge Place is priced at over $20 million and is game changing, Auxier says. From the semi-precious stone pietre dure insets to the dramatic balconies, Jerusalem Stone, Strip views, and rooftop pool - the Crown is an architectural offering of world-class art.
