Commercial Texas LLC, a leading Central Texas commercial real estate services firm, announces representing AnyWARE Inc. in the lease of 3,350 square feet of office space at 1114 Lost Creek, Austin, Texas. Previously located at 919 Congress in approximately 1500 s.f. of space, AnyWARE is doubling its office facility to accommodate ongoing growth.



AnyWARE, an Austin-based IP-PBX, and voice and data network provider, plans to expand staff to address increasing demand for its services. The company helps businesses respond to a variety of technological demands within their organizations, offering custom solutions developed from a broad choice of business communication products and services.

We're slated to add additional staff to our roster in the coming months and our current offices are simply too small," stated Amy Lubbering, president, AnyWARE.
