Destiny Lending Hires New Loan Officers Mortgage Business Continues...

#8211; Destiny Lending, LLC, a locally owned mortgage company, has recently hired two new loan officers. The full-service lending company is located at 425 E. Eisenhower in Loveland.



"Our business has seen steady growth over the past year," says Shawn Beard, owner and president of Destiny. "We saw the opportunity to increase our staff to better serve our clients."



Mikell Benton is a Loveland native who recently joined Destiny as a loan officer. She brings two years of mortgage industry experience to the company. Benton enjoys helping people with whatever mortgage needs they have, including purchasing, refinancing or reverse mortgages. "I chose Destiny Lending because it is a progressive company with a great future and a team of highly professional people," says Benton. "I feel this is a great community to offer personalized service as a mortgage consultant." Benton is married to Tom, and has three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing golf.



Kevin Kim was recently hired as a senior loan officer and has been in the mortgage business for 12 years. Kevin is originally from San Jose, California, but has been in Colorado since 1993. He previously owned two mortgage companies and was involved in the startup of a national wholesale banking company in Denver. Kim also has experience in investment and insurance planning. He specializes in developing investment strategies with new real estate investors. Kevin resides in Loveland with his two children, ages 12 and 9.



"Both Kevin and Mikell are talented loan officers with excellent experience," says Beard. "They will be a great addition to the Destiny family."
