Celebrating the launch of their new business Enable Business Transfer are directors Leighton Norris and Sharon Titchmarsh who are both specialists in the property business sector. The aim of Enable Business Transfer is simple : to raise the standards of buying or selling your business by providing a professional, ethical service.



Leighton has over 20 years of experience from a variety of commercial fields but for the last six years he has been the owner of a very successful residential lettings business. He started the business from scratch and within four years had city centre premises, twelve members of staff and a branch that proved to be the most successful from a franchise group of over 85 branches.



Leighton said "We feel we can only achieve our aim by focusing on specific business sectors and making sure those involved with the sales process have been associated within that sector to fully understand the business and the valuation market. Therefore we concentrate on the property business sector to include: estate agency, lettings, property management, block management, commercial, surveyors and auctioneers".

Sharon agrees, and with her experience of setting up and running the recruitment, business acquisitions and re-sales departments at one of the most successful lettings franchises in the UK she added.



"We will hand hold the entire buying and selling process. As you may know, keeping a sale going and to complete on time is key to the success of a business sale. Lack of communication can frustrate buyers and sellers, and it can lead to them pulling out of the sale over small matters".
