Finding Homes for Sale in Jacksonville Made Easy on an Online Google...

Local Jacksonville real estate agent Krista Fracke wanted to make searching homes for sale on the Internet easier. The problem is most real estate websites available on the Internet are created by computer programmers and people unfamiliar with Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. These sites can very difficult to use if you are not familiar with the neighborhoods of the First Coast. To solve that problem a new search tool was designed to map out the different areas of the First Coast on a Google Map with information right on the map about the prices and sizes of actual homes for sale in those areas.

"I have clients email me all the time, telling me they found this great house, but they are not sure about where the neighborhood is located. I wanted to design a search option for people to look at a map and choose the parts of Northeast Florida that appeal to them. The user is shown the homes for sale in those areas, and then have the choice to narrow their selection by price range, number of bedrooms, garage size, etc." explains Krista Fracke.
