Real Estate Advanced Finance, a Harvard University Executive Education program for real estate finance executives is scheduled for October 14-16, 2009.
Cambridge, MA August 31, 2009 -- This fall, Real Estate Advanced Finance, an executive education program from Harvard University Graduate School of Design is scheduled for October 14-16th.
This two and one-half day program is designed for seasoned real estate executives, including developers, owners, financiers, and entrepreneurs, who have a solid understanding of and
interest in real estate finance.
Covering topics such as portfolio management, financial analysis, strategic leverage, debt strategies and structures, hedging and derivatives, and bankruptcy and distressed debt,
participants will gain a broader exposure to the complexities of real estate finance, develop best practices, and learn from each other.
