Panitz To Build Townhomes at Biltmore Way and NeoTraditional Homes...

Families now have more living options within the charming community of OakLeaf Plantation, ideally situated in southwest Jacksonville, spanning Clay and Duval Counties.



Panitz Signature Homes has announced the building and design plans for 35 new townhomes and 21 courtyard homes conveniently located in OakLeaf Village Center, a 25-acre neighborhood that includes homes, shops and offices.



The unique townhomes offer two and three bedroom floorplans, while the majority of the 1,800 to 2,400 square foot single-family homes feature a master bedroom downstairs and secondary bedrooms upstairs.



Both the townhomes and single-family homes will be built in a "neo-traditional" style of architecture, featuring side and front porches, balconies, and attractive shutters, with an emphasis on the frontscape. Garages are also available, with entrances removed from the front elevation of the home to allow more room for deep porches. The focus is on outdoor, family-oriented gathering spaces. Exterior options will vary from stucco to brick accents. No home will look exactly the same.



In the neo-traditional homes, there is an optional "Boomerang Suite" above the garage, which features its own private entrance. This bonus room is ideal for grown children who have moved back home with mom and dad, but can still maintain the independence of separate space.



These new communities are along the east side of OakLeaf Village Parkway, across the street from the 30-acre athletic center, which includes a community room, waterpark, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, numerous athletic fields and tot lots. Retail shopping and a grocery store are currently within walking distance.



There is also space reserved in the village center for a public library, a day-care facility and two parks. The 18-hole championship golf course and 20,000 acre Jennings State Forest are minutes away and directly adjacent to a new elementary school.
