Lloyd Claycomb, CEO for United Builders Service announced today the contract signing and start of the Quintero Golf & Country Club Clubhouse. Designed by internationally renowned and famous architect Bing Hu this 82,000 square foot Clubhouse will be state of the art.
Claycomb stated, "the overall costs including the associated suites will be approximately $ 40 million." Enclave Custom Builders, a subsidiary of United Builders will act as General
Contractor. Lloyd Claycomb III, Vice President said, "we have been involved with the development and Quintero since 2000 and most recently completed 6 luxury custom homes on the back nine
of this beautiful Rees Jones designed course."
Quintero has been a TOP 100 modern golf course as reported by Golf Digest Index. Claycomb stated, "this Clubhouse will set the standard for future development" and will include many
special features such as underground parking for 100 cars, large locker rooms, elevator, pro-shop, wine cellar with incredible dining for its members. Completion is set for December 2009
subject to certain conditions.
