Williams Walk Residents Enjoy Numerous Amenities and Ideal Location

The drainage system here is top notch; it'ss not going to flood, said Merle Rice, who works for a land development company in civil engineering, and lives in a two bedroom with his wife, Kandee. Bartram Park is a master planned community, so I enjoy real peace-of-mind knowing that my home is built well.



The community is just minutes away from Old St. Augustine Road, US-1, 9A, 1-95, and 1-295, providing convenient access to North Florida'ss most popular shopping, entertainment, and employment districts.



Kandee Rice enjoys the location of her home. It'ss very central, close to the main highways, she said. Whenever you are traveling, it'ss usually against the heavy traffic flows.



You don'st need to go too far from home to enjoy shopping and dining; there are numerous commercial and retail outlets within the community itself. The best part about William'ss Walk is location, location, location! said Maggie Devine. There are great restaurants and shops right up the street. Adds her husband, David, We used to live in a very rural area, without any neighbors nearby and not many restaurants. My doctors were miles away and it took all day when I had an appointment, he said.



Now, at William'ss Walk, we'sre much closer to outstanding medical facilities. The new Baptist South is only five minutes away!

Merle and Kandee Rice also moved from a community with limited facilities. We moved from a condo in Virginia Beach, where it was just your unit and the parking lot. There was nothing there, said Merle Rice. Here, the amenities are fantastic. There are many places for the community to come together and socialize. For instance, you always meet someone on the walkway around the pond. I also like to walk up to the fitness center from my home.



The fully equipped fitness center provides weight training, cardiovascular training and an aerobics room. Other amenities include the inviting pool facility, which features a heated spa, an outdoor fireplace with outdoor dining area, barbeque grills and a wonderfully unique offering - a screened-in billiards room. The community clubhouse includes a large gathering room, kitchen, cyber café/business center and outdoor patio. Pets have a park of their own.



When I walked into William'ss Walk for the first time, I instantly fell in love with the place, said Bildeau, a home (and cat!) owner. The landscaping is breathtaking and the amenities are amazing. The one-bedroom floorplan was the perfect fit for me. Six generous layouts of one-, two- and three-bedrooms are offered, ranging from 845 to 1,499 square feet, not including the outdoor area. Among these choices is a two-story townhome plan with attached garage.



The master suites are peaceful retreats, with deep soaking tubs and spacious walk-in closets. All homes showcase many must-have features, including ceramic tile floors in all kitchens, baths and foyers; built-in computer desks; 42-inch European-style flat maple cabinets; black-on-black, energy-efficient appliance packages; full-size washer and dryer connections; and private courtyards or balconies. When I sit out on my patio, people are very friendly and wave as they go by, Mulligan said. I am very happy here.



At William'ss Walk, every household hassle has been eliminated. The community takes care of water, sewer and trash, as well as landscaping and exterior maintenance.



I chose to live here because I don'st have time to take care of a lawn or maintenance, said Marsh said.



The splendor discovered by William Bartram long ago lives on in this magnificent luxury condominium community where residents can escape the frantic pace of everyday life and enjoy all the best of Florida living. Homes are priced form the $130s to the $200s.
