Colorado Land Rover Dealer Saves 90 Acres and Counting

androver Flatirons launched it'ss Colorado Tree Project, an aggressive pledge to plant 100 trees for every Landrover purchased or leased at it'ss retail sales and service facility in the Denver and Boulder suburbs of Colorado.

Superior, CODecember 22, 2008 -- When it comes to taking a stand on preserving Colorado'ss wilderness, one particular area retailer stands above the rest.

LANDROVER FLATIRONS, has recently passed a huge milestone in it'ss effort to help save Colorado'ss endangered forest lands.

In April, 2008, Landrover Flatirons launched it'ss Colorado Tree Project, an aggressive pledge to plant 100 trees for every Landrover purchased or leased at it'ss retail sales and service facility in the Denver and Boulder suburbs of Colorado. To date, the project is directly responsible for the successful planting of well over 12,000 healthy young saplings; covering in excess of 90 square acres of endangered Colorado wilderness.

It'ss more important than ever that we each do our part to remain as close to carbon neutral as possible noted Centre Manager, Ed Dobbs, developer of the Colorado Tree Project. If the trees we plant provide more oxygen than our cars do carbon monoxide, it can be considered a footprint of zero!

's8230;At that point continued Dobbs, helping our state to combat the widespread effects of such natural disasters as the Japanese Pine Beetle should be considered an incredible bonus!
