February 28, 2005 -- Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) Vice President for Communications Phil Ingrassia and RV Learning Center Director Holly James have earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives.



The CAE credential is widely recognized as an indication of demonstrated skill in leadership, activity in community affairs, and expertise in association management.Less than five percent of all association executives have achieved this distinction.



Among association professionals "CAE" is an indication of demonstrated skill in leadership and expertise in association management.
