Be Still Featured At Four Major International Book Fairs In 2009

Pamela Young'ss recently released novel is set for world-wide exposure through these important international book fairs. The messages in Be Still are, after all, directed to every land, every religion and every culture, says Young. The novel tells how some unlikely messengers claim to have been visited by angels. Television reporter Amanda Fox hears of one and, skeptical as she is, dismisses the story. But as more sightings come to her attention, she is intrigued. Despite intense pressure from her producer, sponsors, and the president of her network to drop the story she interviews people around the world who claim to have spoken to the angels. Ominously, they all heard the exact same message from God, Prepare yourselves, for the time is at hand.

He was quiet for a moment and then said, Only God can answer that question, Ms. Fox. My personal feeling, he continued slowly, is that mankind is increasingly causing God much sorrow. We'sre living in a very difficult world right now due in no small measure to our selfishness.     Children disrespect authority. Nations and religions disrespect each other and that leads to war and suffering and killing. Not unlike Sodom and Gomorrah, what God has created, He can also destroy.

Be Still feels like a very old, wonderful friend that I welcomed back into my life. I am truly amazed at the beauty and depth of the message that we so desperately need to hear.
