Meditech International to Host Conference on Laser Therapy for Athletic...

Meditech International will be hosting an international conference on the Application of Low Intensity Laser Therapy in the Treatment of Athletic Injuries. This one-day conference will be held on October 27th at the Westin Bristol Place Toronto Airport Hotel from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The conference will cover applications of low intensity laser therapy in the treatment of amateur, professional and high performance Olympic athletes and will feature speakers from Canada, the USA and Europe. The conference will be of interest to health care practitioners who treat sports related injuries, sports clubs, fitness organizations and athletes.

Featured speakers include Chuck Mooney, former Head Trainer for the Toronto Raptors, and internationally renowned author, Jan Tunr. Dr Tunr has published several books and numerous articles on the science and application of low intensity laser therapy.
