PKs Blue Water Grill Opens with On the House Weekend July 1st and 2nd An Entire Weekend of Free Food Service to Benefit Houstons Healthy Family Initiatives



Houston's8217;s newest fine seafood restaurant PK's8217;s Blue Water Grill (6401 Woodway Dr Suite 105) will celebrate its summer opening by serving complementary meals during 's8220;On the House Weekend's8221; Saturday July 1st and Sunday July 2nd. Patrons will be asked to make a financial contribution to the Houston charitable organization The Healthy Family Initiatives.

Native Houstonian Pat Kiley Jr. brings more than 20 years of restaurant experience to his new fine seafood grill. 's8220;I have been in the restaurant business my entire life spending the last 16 years with Goode Company Seafood as the General Manager,'s8221; Kiley says. 's8220;I bring with me a management team that has a combined 75 years experience; including Chef Trippler O's8217;Connor who cut his teeth at the Oasis restaurant in Austin.'s8221;

Trippler O's8217;Connor has worked as a professional Chef and restaurateur for the last twelve years. O's8217;Connor is known for his creative and satisfying cuisine and is especially lauded for his flair for desserts! Trippler O's8217;Connor has excelled in his craft with several regional establishments including Chuy's8217;s Comida Deluxe; Pallotta's8217;s Italian Grill; Nachomama's8217;s and The Oasis.

PK's8217;s Blue Water Grill will feature an affordably priced family friendly menu with a focus on mesquite grilled seafood and traditional gulf coast favorites such as poboy's8217;s, gumbo and satisfying seafood platters and entrees.
