Sant Caf Adds Two Stops in 2005



April 24, 2005 -- Sant, the Magazine for Restaurant Professionals is pleased to announce two additional stops on the 2005 Sant Caf Trade Show Tour: the Cantina/Grand Wine Experience and the Global Gaming Expo.

The Sant Caf will be featured at the Wine and Spirits Pavilion during the 2005 Cantina/Grand Wine Experience. The event will feature more than 40 educational sessions covering topics such as Bar and Beverage Operations, Staff and HR Issues, Developing a Wine Program Strategy, and more. Two of these seminars will be hosted by Sant Editor and Publisher Mark Vaughan. The event also features several networking opportunities and special events such as a "Salute to the Industry" party, a Bar & DJ Demonstration Stage, and the Grand Star Wine Competition and Awards. More than 1,200 exhibitors will present their wares at the 2005 Cantina/Grand Wine Experience, and more than 30,000 attendees are expected. The Global Gaming Expo has recruited the Sant Caf to play a special role in its "F&B Culinary Marketplace" (F&B at G2E), where more than 40 food and beverage vendors will display products from around the world. F&B at G2E will also feature educational sessions on topics such as Restaurant Design, Restaurant Marketing, Franchising Pros and Cons, and more. Several special events are planned for F&B at G2E, including a Wine and Food pairing event, a chocolate demo by The Chocolate Swan, and a culinary demo by Chef Todd English.
