Papa Ginos Holdings Names Rick Wolf as CEO and President

Papa Gino'ss Holdings Corporation, parent company to Papa Gino'ss and D'sAngelo, announced the appointment of current president and Chief Operating Officer Rick Wolf as President and Chief Executive Officer of Papa Gino'ss Holdings Corp. Thomas Galligan will remain as Papa Gino'ss Holdings Corporation'ss Executive Chairman of the Board and will work with Mr. Wolf in the near term to ensure a smooth transition.

Formerly COO of the company, Mr. Wolf improved performance at all levels of the organization and has established a track record of delivering solid results. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wolf will have direct responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day operations as well as execution of the Company'ss strategic long range plans and initiatives. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wolf will assume responsibility for the executive management of the Company with all functional departments reporting to him.

Mr. Wolf joined the company on March 6, 2000 as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Papa Gino'ss brand and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for both brands in February of 2003. Mr. Wolf is a 32 year veteran of the restaurant and hospitality industry, which includes operating experience with casual dining leader of the 1980'ss T.G.I. Friday'ss and 11 years with Fuddruckers where he previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wolf attended Bowling Green State University and currently resides in Westford, MA with his family.
