Hand-picked selections of truffles and caramels come in a variety of silk and paper boxes ranging from $5.50 to $55. The artisanal chocolatier'ss confections come in twenty-six flavors; 1842, 25th December (tea flavor), Black Roasted Sesame, Caf's233; Rum, Caramel Clove, Cinnamon, Chrysanthemum, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, Earl Grey Feuilletine, Espresso, Ginger, Grand Jasmine, Green Tea, Hanami, Hazelnut, Lavender, Lime, Mango Basil, Mango Kalamansi, Passion Fruit, Sea Salt Caramel, Tea, Toupet de Legumes(tea flavor), Vanilla, Yuzu. All of the Patisserie'ss pastries are made with only fresh natural ingredients and do not contain preservatives.
