Johnny and his crew make all entrees to order. Sides are made daily from fresh ingredients and range from red beans and rice to roasted yucca to calabazza, lentil and rice salad. There are never less than five soups to choose from and each is created and made by Johnny himself. The kids's8217; menu is made from only fresh ingredients and includes add-ons for the adventurous child or the parent trying to expand a picky eater's8217;s diet.
