For more than a decade, Ryan has followed a unique chef-like approach to the art of mixing drinks to develop unique Cultures of Cocktail and Spirit Service Excellence for such notable clients as SBE Entertainment, Sofitel Hotels and Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain.

Charlotte Voisey will be center stage as well. Charlotte won the title of Best Bartender at The UK Bartender Awards in 2004. She has managed bars in Barcelona, Buenos Aires and London. Charlotte also won the Silver Medal at the International Bartenders Association World Female Bartending Championships in 2006.
