Locasystem International Acquires Minority Ownership in Gourmandia...

Locasystem International SA (www.gourmandia.com), a provider of free on-demand food recipe videos and lifestyle videos from the world's best chefs and restaurants. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Earlier this year, Gourmandia USA launched its food video recipe platform in the USA and is already experiencing a tremendous growth in viewers base and membership.
