Mexican food restaurant Tequila Kitchen, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based restaurant with authentic Mexican fare, was recently featured in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer for being a great new hot spot 'Over the Border.'
TK is an open kitchen focusing on "botanas," or snacks, but goes far beyond that. Botanas are what you get in a cantina in Mexico while stopping in for a drink. The staff will continually
bring guests delicious homemade things to snack on, while they choose from the variety of the 100 percent agave tequila drinks and mixes.
Some of the signature drinks at the Tequila Kitchen are the Tequila Cosmo, El Diablo, Tequini, Acapulco, TK Mojito, Paloma and the TK Ceasar, which are great alone, with a meal, or with
one of the botanas.

About Tequila Kitchen:
Tequila Kitchen was a concept dreamed of by owner Laura Enriquez. Vancouver has a big ethnic diversity, but there seemed to be lacking some authentic Mexican food. So along with her
partner Claudia Ibarrondo, son Emiliano Nunez and Executive Chef Juan Gonzalez, the dream was developed. The main idea behind Tequila Kitchen is Botanas and Agave. Botanas are a sort of
Mexican tapas. A fun sharing platter, dedicated to thrill your taste buds and keep you begging for more. All of the tequilas offered are 100% agave. The only things kept behind the bar
are Tequila, Mexican beer and some wine.
