115 Midtowne Announces Wine Dinner

Tim Fletcher, General Manager of 115 Midtowne, has announced that the restaurant will hold a wine dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. featuring four different wines from Sawyer Cellars, a Napa Valley winery. The four wines complementing the four-course dinner include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Meritage. Reservations for the $85 per person dinner can be made by contacting the restaurant at 919-787-8963.



"We are pleased to offer this wine dinner to our current and future clientele," said Fletcher. "The unique Sawyer wines paired with specialty food not found on our regular menu, will create an interesting and delectable evening."

115 Midtowne is a sophisticated restaurant tucked away in North Hills at the former Cappers location at 4421 Six Forks Road in Raleigh. Chef Scott Cole's menu is an elegant presentation of contemporary metropolitan food, with select international recipes ranging from Portugal to Jamaica to Tuscany. The restaurant features a stylish dining area, waiters in black ties and white aprons who discreetly anticipate diner's needs, and live piano on Friday and Saturday evenings. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. 115 Midtowne closes at 11:00 p.m. on weekends.
