Chukar Cherry Company Celebrates 18th Anniversary



Washington State's8217;s year round cherry and berry company, Chukar Cherries, is celebrating its eighteenth anniversary this June.



Pam Montgomery, owner and founder of Chukar Cherries, made her dreams of growing fresh cherries come true when she left the hustle and bustle of Seattle city life to buy a 100 acre cherry orchard in eastern Washington to raise Bing cherries and her growing family.



When harvest time came those first few years, Pam was dazzled by both the quality and quantity of fresh cherries.
