Willey was a New Car Dealer in the 70's8217;s and 80's8217;s selling Toyota, Nissan, Pontiac, Chevrolet, and Rolls Royce vehicles. In 2002 he was buying used Jaguars in Michigan during a snow storm and realized that it was time to get a Paint Meter.



Always somewhat of a pioneer, he saw the potential for marketing Paint Meters and contacted a German Manufacturer.
