Jennifer Kehoe Fagan Promoted to Chairman and CEO of POGAN Consulting



POGAN Retail, LLC announced today that Jennifer Kehoe Fagan, President and Chief Operating Officer of POGAN Consulting, has been promoted to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of POGAN Consulting. POGAN Consulting is the direct to consumer retail consulting division of POGAN Retail, LLC which consults for clients such as The Limited, Liz Claiborne Outlet, Tabitha Geary, Utrecht Art Supplies, Sunny'ss Goodtime and Sail Proud. Jennifer is taking over the principal leadership role in the company Don Jones founded over 5 years ago. Don Jones has joined Kairos Capital Partners as a General Partner. Kairos provides equity investments and funded debt solutions to retail and consumer products companies throughout North America.

Jennifer Kehoe Fagan'ss passion for the retail industry was ignited during her 12-year tenure with Gap, Inc. There she gained hands-on experience in all aspects of the business including recruiting, personnel development, sales generation, visual merchandising, and store operations while working as a store manager. As Zone Finance Manager for the Gap, she oversaw the payroll and expense budgeting for over 400 stores in addition to assisting in store real estate evaluations, training field personnel on new corporate initiatives and serving as a liaison between corporate and the field teams. She consistently provided guidance and interpretation for business analysis problems in an insightful and understandable manner.



In 2005, driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic, Jennifer departed Gap in order to leverage her strengths in operations and business analysis as Director of Operations for Pogan. She was later promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer where she set the strategic plan for the company, ran daily operations and worked directly with clients. Through her vast experience and knowledge, she has been able to fuel the growth of many companies in need.
