Moms Millionselling ELEV8Me Natural Protein Bars Now Available in All...

The little ELEV8Me! (http://www.prosnack.com) bar that started off in mom's blender and served up to her large family has grown to serve over a million customers per year, not just in Canada anymore. Now all Ralphs stores of California are happily selling ELEV8Me.

Co-founder Earl Ellingson states, "We have grown our simply natural protein bar from blending mom's recipe in our apartment to over 1000 retail stores in 4 years. In 2007 we had an especially great sales year in Canada, which allowed us to ramp up our production to prepare for even greater demand. So now our team is strong and when Ralphs came calling with an initial order to fill up over 200 Southern California stores we were very excited."

ELEV8Me! is an alternatively simple and natural protein and whole fruit bar created by health food caterer Bernadine Ellingson for her family of 5 athletic kids. In 2003 her son Earl and his wife Trish then began making her snacks for sale to stores and slowly grew their little company from making bars in their apartment to now serve 6 unique flavors to more than 1000 stores in Canada.

ELEV8Me! bars have succeeded in a crowded product category because they are known among dedicated clients as "the clean bar" because of their devotion to simply natural ingredients. The core of each bar is whey protein isolate mixed with whole dried fruits. Gluten-free, soy-free, not baked or coated. Sold in 3 piece 66g bar packs so it's convenient for snacking. There are now 6 flavors:

-All-Fruit Original

-Cocoa Coconut Cluster

-Banana Nut Bread

-Matcha Green Tea with Cranberries

-Coffee Bean Cocoa Crunch

-NEW: Blueberry Cranberry Gojiberry Boost
