Vector Win Redevelopment Project in Serbia

Vector Management Limited, a Project Management and Consultancy company whose Head Office is based near Heathrow Airport opened an office in Belgrade last summer. Since opening the office Vector is rapidly becoming a well established company in Central Europe and this is further evidenced by the new contract entered into with Prigan Holdings to provide cost and programme monitoring together with Statutory Supervision on the redevelopment of the Old Mill site in central Belgrade.



Drago Vukalovic who heads up the Belgrade office said: "The complex for redevelopment is known as the Old Mill and is located in an attractive position in the centre of the town along the Boulevard Vojvode. The main building in the Mill is listed and is therefore of cultural importance so great care will be taken to ensure the building is kept and reconstructed"



The redevelopment will create an area of mixed use. It will include a 3 * IBIS hotel, some residential and commercial buildings. Work is already underway to clear and demolish some of the old buildings on the site which cannot be reconstructed and create a gross area of 19,000 sqm to be redeveloped.
