Millville, DE July 16, 2008 -- Millville By The Sea, the 3,000 home master planned community located just 4-miles to the surf and sand of Bethany Beach in Millville, Delaware officially opens its doors for sale Saturday, July 19. "Hundreds of people have already attended a sneak preview weekend, and we are expecting hundreds more for Grand Opening," said Brigit Taylor, Director of Sales and Marketing for the developer, Millville Group, LLC.

With almost 800 acres and over 3,000 homes, Millville by the Sea becomes Sussex County's largest community. Plans call for a town center with retail and office, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, water park, lakes, fitness center, spa and miles of walking and biking trails. First phase will have 5-different home offerings including town homes and single family homes starting from $199,900 with up to $15,000 off during the Grand Opening weekend.

"The excitement is everywhere. We've had almost 2-dozen sales and we're not even open. People can't believe the prices," Taylor went on to say.
