New DipTrace 1.40 PCB Software Comes with Autoplacement and Spice Support



Novarm Limited, a known developer of PCB design software, announces the release of DipTrace 1.40, a fully functional software package, that now comes with auto-placer and spice support. DipTrace is bundled with 4 Novarm's front-end modules, Schematic, PCB Layout, Pattern Editor and Component Editor. This smart tool is aimed at small and medium businesses, incorporating a series of advanced capabilities. Seven months in development, version 1.40 is the culmination of collaborative relationships with many PCB designers worldwide, in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

This ECAD software has a very intuitive user interface and many innovative features that most marketed PCB Design packages lack. The new placement by list and auto-placement features allows designer to find the best component placement in several minutes after converting from Schematic and start routing. Now you can also define spice settings in Schematic or component editor and export net-list for simulation to LT Spice or another program. Also the list of new features includes updating components from libraries automatically option, custom printing colors, unlimited number of standard grids, advanced assembly, components with SMT pads on both sides, gerber "export all in one click" option, updating PCB from schematic without selecting file, importing Schematics and PCBs from Eagle.
