January 9, 2005 -- Richard Guy the Author of the New Book "The Mysterious Receding Seas" states that Planet Earth is Expanding and has been doing so for millions of years. He also states that as a result of this expansion the seas recede from shorelines worldwide. This phenomenon has also been going on for millions of years. Richard Guy sets out conclusive proof which is amazing.

Richard Guy is a Structural Engineer who has worked all over the World. He has built Airports, Harbors, Docks, Highways and Oil Refineries on lands that were once under the sea. This phenomenon occurs worldwide Guy has observed.

Guy writes of his experiences accumulated over a life career in engineering.

Guy shows that Earthquakes and Seismic Creep are insideous elements of Planetary growth. When the Earth Quakes it is a manifestion of tensional release which is adding dimension to the Circumference of the Earth. Every moment of every day there are earthquakes all around the world adding dimension to the Earth. These quakes occur on land and under the sea. As the Earth expands it causes the seas to desert shorelines around the world. This desertion has been going on for millions of years.

Everywhere Guy has worked he has made the same observation of receding seas. Many of his engineering projects in the middle East, England and the West Indies were built on lands that were once under the sea. In the Middle East the Persian Gulf has moved out by hundreds of miles since Baghdad and Ur were seaports. Not only has it moved out but sea level has also dropped over 100 feet in level.
Guy states that this anomaly is found everywhere he has worked around the world. He has researched other areas and found the same anomaly. He has arrived at the conclusion that all ancient civilizations evolved first of all in high mountains around the world because sea levels were much higher back then.

The expansion of Planet earth and the receding seas have been going on for a long time. These two phenomenon have influenced the growth of civilization downward from high places.

The Expansion of our earth is caused by internal heat. The Earth is getting hotter but not necessarily from burning fossil fuels. If all the fossil burning and carbon emissions cease today the earth is still getting hotter. The rise in sea level predicted will never overtake the pace of recession of the seas as the earth continues to expand.
