Advantage Networking Inc and Chiptel Networks Merge

Advantage Networking, Inc. and ChipTel Networks, both leading providers of Network Consulting in South Florida, today formally announced that the two companies have agreed to combine in a merger of equals under the Advantage Networking corporate umbrella.



The merger will create a leading provider of networking, development and security services in Florida. The new company expects to generate growth and provide an enhanced product offering to a complementary Florida customer base.
