New Miniature LVPECL and LVDS Oscillators from Ascend Frequency Devices



Ascend Frequency Devices, a leading producer of frequency control products enhances its frequency control portfolio with the release of the OCB6 Series, an ultra miniature 5.0 x 3.2mm LVPECL and LVDS clock oscillator. The OCB6 Series oscillator offers low jitter performance at 1 ps RMS max. at 12 kHz to 20 MHz, excellent phase noise performance and frequency stability to 25 ppm over a temperature range of -40's176;C to +85's176;C in frequencies to 350.000MHz. Both 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltage options are available.



Applications include SONET/SDH/DEWM/ATM, 1G/2G/4G/10G fiber channel, 1G/10G gigabit ethernet, mobile wireless communications, dedicated short range communications, storage area networks, broadband access, digital video, phase locked loops, digital network switching, microprocessors / SDP / FPGA, test equipment and industrial controllers.
