USBid ISO 90012000 Certified

USBid Inc. announced that the company has again been ISO 9001:2000 certified for their Quality Management System for the Procurement and Supply of OEM and Aftermarket Electronic Components. USBid was determined ISO 9001:2000 compliant by Lloyd'ss Register Quality Assurance, Inc. (LRQA Inc.), accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Registrar Accreditation Board. This recommendation independently confirms that USBid'ss business processes conform to the international standard set forth by ISO 9001:2000.

Achieving the ISO 9001:2000 level of certification required USBid to conform to a higher quality standard than previously mandated. ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements. ISO 9001:2000 also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

This marks the fifth anniversary of our initial ISO certification and the original reasons for doing so are even more important today. The USBid Quality Management System is designed to control all processes affecting quality, from the initial receipt of an order to the delivery of the finished product, said Gary Heyes, CEO of USBid.
