Birmingham, AL March 18, 2006 -- A Life Long Learning Seminar titled, "Am I at risk of having a heart attack" is being held Thursday, April 20th, 2006 from 10:00 am until Noon at Mount Royal Towers Retirement Community.    

This free educational seminar will feature speaker Debbie Moss, R.N., Minister of Health & Wellness at Dawson Memorial Baptist Church, who will address topics such as heart attack risk factors, preventative measures, and health risks.

Mount Royal Towers is hosting the event as the fourth in a series of monthly life long learning seminars. The seminars will be held each month on the third Thursday at the retirement community and will include the opportunity for questions and answers following the seminar.

In addition, the free seminar will offer valet parking, free blood pressure screenings, a door prize drawing, and refreshments.

The free community forum will take place at Mount Royal Towers Retirement Community in the Town Hall Community Room at 300 Royal Tower Drive in Vestavia Hills, from 10:00 am until noon on Thursday, April 20th, 2006. The Door Prize drawing and refreshments will be served following the seminar.
