The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University is offering Delaware Valley nonprofit organizations practical solutions to their human resource problems at its Nonprofit Human Resources
Strategies Forum on Tuesday, June 6.
's8220;Managing Humans without the Resources: Practical Strategies for Nonprofit Realities's8221; will bring together nonprofit executive directors, chief financial officers, human
resource directors, board members, and other responsible for human resources at nonprofits from throughout the Greater Philadelphia region for this full day human resources strategy forum
at La Salle University, 1900 W. Olney Ave., Phila.
Experts will share information on low-cost and no cost benefits, how to motivate employees, as well as tackling the looming crisis in nonprofit leadership as baby boomers prepare to
retire, with no succession plans in place.
Participants will also enjoy a free 15-minute consultation with an 's8220;HR Doctor,'s8221; to discuss a topic in human resources of interest to them. A nonprofit resource expo will give
attendees ample time to meet with companies offering specialized services to the nonprofit community, including benefits consultants and printing and fundraising experts.
