Held in six cities on Christmas Eve, Monday, December 24, 2007, the Matzo Ball offers Jewish professionals (http://www.matzoball.org/press_27.html) something to do on Christmas Eve. Each party is held from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. and includes dancing and
complimentary appetizers early in the night.

Founded in 1986 by Andrew Rudnick and sponsored by the Society of Young Jewish Professionals, the Matzo Ball Party has become a Christmas Eve tradition for Jewish men and Jewish women to
meet, mingle and dance the night away.
The Washington Post called it""One of the hottest hug-spots for Jewish professionals to meet a mate for a lifetime or just to go out with on a couple of fun dates." And, more than 1,000
marriages and countless friendships have developed at this annual extravaganza for Jewish men and women.
Last year's event attracted some 10,500 revelers throughout the country.
