Austhink Appoints Henry Okraglik as CEO

Austhink Software, the leading provider of advanced critical thinking solutions (http://www.austhink.com), today announced the appointment of accomplished entrepreneur Henry Okraglik as CEO. Austhink founder and former CEO, Dr. Tim van Gelder, will transition into a new role as Chief Visionary Officer and Head of Strategy.

Okraglik assumes leadership as Austhink builds upon its steady growth in the U.S. market. Okraglik brings more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience in consulting and business management to Austhink, with senior executive roles in industries including government, academia, logistics, healthcare and IT. Prior to Austhink he held senior management positions at a number of companies, including Hyro Limited (ASX:HYO), CoolRock Software and HotMagna. Okraglik also played a key role in the development of San Francisco-based Zoom Systems, helping the company raise venture capital funds and serving as General Manager and VP of Research and Development from 1996 to 1999.

According to van Gelder, Okraglik's expertise in sales, partnerships, fundraising and global leadership will serve the company well.
